When you have applied online, a Human Resources recruiter will review your application (and resume, if provided). If you meet the basic qualifications for the position, a recruiter may forward your information to the hiring manager(s). Upon the hiring manager’s review of your qualifications, you may be contacted for an interview. If you successfully complete the interview process, it is TSRI’s practice to check references, conduct background checks, and perform post-offer testing (as required) for all positions.
