The Marketing Project Manager, Sr. will work with the All of Us Research Program at Scripps Research Translational Institute. The primary focus on this position will be on recruiting diverse participants throughout the U.S. to join this innovative health research study through digital and partner marketing efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIESANDDUTIES * Optimize scalable digital recruitment strategies to raise awareness and drive recruitment for All of Us. * Identify strategic and innovative marketing opportunities. * Work collaboratively with marketing partners such as Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Medscape, Walgreens, WebMD and Urban One to reach their unique audiences and drive participant recruitment. * Work collaboratively with marketing, media and creative agencies to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to the correct specifications. * Create timelines based on program needs and take responsibility to manage projects, deliverables, and communication to meet those timelines. * Ensure that marketing tactics, campaigns and A/B tests are properly tracked and analyzed, bringing data-driven findings and recommendations to light. * Lead email/SMS automation efforts, managing campaigns and content updates, as well as identifying process, platform and reporting improvements. * Report on outreach plans and analytics at regular intervals and as needed. * Collaborate with members of the Scripps Research Translational Institute team and others in the All of Us consortium to pursue a smooth participant experience with integrated participant-facing content throughout. * Represent the marketing team from a regulatory perspective, ensuring partners have the applicable security documentation required, assisting with regulartory review process, etc. * Perform other duties as assigned.

* Bachelors degree in marketing, communciations, business, or equivalent. * 5+ years applicable marketing experience. * 3+ years of experience running large projects. * Familiarity with digital marketing tactics, performance and analytics. * Project management expertise. * Email automation/CRM experience (i.e. Saleforce and Marketing Cloud). * Experience with data analytics, particularly pulling together multiple data sets to present data visually and tell a clear, compelling story, and providing applicable recommendations. * Demonstrated ability to produce polished deliverables that meet brand guidelines, align with a customer/participant journey, and are designed for conversion. * Experience writing and crafting messaging to different audiences segments and demographics. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strategic thinking and planning skills. * Ability to work effectively with and present to senior level stakeholders. * Comfort with making decisions with limited information. * Ability work well in an ambiguous environment with competing priorities.
* Experience with multi-cultural marketing. * Experience with application of market research and data analysis. * Ability to perform quantitative and statistical analysis of basic results. * Experience in healthcare and/or healthcare research institute. * Experience working on federally-funded NIH grants. * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
