We are looking for a Project Administrator to provide administrative support for the All of Us Research Program (AoURP) at the Scripps Research Translational Institute (SRTI) in La Jolla, CA. AoURP is a landmark NIH research program that aims to engage one million US participants from diverse social, racial/ethnic, and economic backgrounds in an effort to gain better insights into the biological, environmental, and behavioral factors that influence human health.
The Project Administrator provides general administrative assistance, including calendaring, scheduling, and making travel arrangements; ordering lab and office supplies/computers; processing reimbursement requests for faculty, staff, and vendors; conference room maintenance; meeting set-up; basic AV support; answering phones; sending email correspondence.

This position works in a typical office environment. With or without reasonable accommodation, employees in this position must be able to sit and type at a computer terminal for up to 8 hours per day with appropriate breaks and perform tasks that require fine dexterity and repetitive motions using the arms, hands, wrists and fingers. * Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
