Position Summary:

The Program Manager will work with the All of Us Research Program at Scripps Research Translational Institute (SRTI). All of Us is a landmark NIH research program that aims to engage one million US participants from diverse social, racial/ethnic, and economic backgrounds in an effort to gain better insights into the biological, environmental, and behavioral factors that influence human health. The Program Manager will develop and foster strong working relationships with partner organizations and researchers nationwide.

Position Description

The Program Manager will develop and foster strong working relationships with partner organizations and researchers nationwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
* Optimize scalable outreach in collaboration with outreach partners including Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Medscape, Walgreens, and WebMD, to motivate enrollment in the Direct Volunteer (DV) cohort.
* Thoroughly understand and articulate the needs of participants and ensure they are met.
* Support creation of outreach strategy and lead implementation.
* Develop and maintain relationships with outreach partners.
* Create timelines based on program needs and take responsibility to manage projects, deliverables, and communication to meet those timelines.
* Propose allocation of current funds between partners and requests for additional funding, as needed.
* Coordinate efforts across partners to ensure that a mix of strategies, messaging concepts and campaign audiences are tested and evaluated.
* Organize implementation of new outreach strategies and tactics, such as collecting email addresses through outreach partners and following up with email drip campaigns.
* Ensure that outreach methods and experiments can be tracked and analyzed.
* Use results of analysis to optimize mix of strategies and tactics to reach enrollment goals, including decreasing cost per acquisition and increasing volume of participants and proportion of participants who are considered underrepresetnted in biomedical research.
* Assist with analysis and publication of results of outreach efforts.
* Report on outreach plans and analytics at regular intervals and as needed.
* Collaborate with members of the Scripps Research Translational Institute team and others in the consortium to pursue a smooth participant experience with integrated participant-facing content throughout.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Business, Health Science, or equivalent.
* Project Management expertise.
* 3+ years of experience running large projects.
* Excellent verbal and written skills, including strategic thinking and planning skills.
* Ability to work effectively with and present to senior level stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to produce polished deliverables that present data visually and tell a clear, compelling story.
* Ability work well in an ambiguous environment with competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

* PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
* Experience with application of market research and data analysis.
* Ability to perform quantitative and statistical analysis of basic results.
* Experience in healthcare and/or healthcare research institute.
* Experience with conducting literature searches and writing manuscripts.
* Experience working on federally-funded NIH grants.
