The Project Manager work on siteless clinical research studies at Scripps Research Translational Institute (SRTI). SRTI leads several initiatives that seek to gain better insights into the biological, environmental, and behavioral factors that influence human health. The Project Manager will develop and foster strong working relationships with partner organizations and researchers to implement clinical research studies.
JOBSUMMARY The Program Manager work on siteless clinical research studies at Scripps Research Translational Institute (SRTI). SRTI leads several initiatives that seek to gain better insights into the biological, environmental, and behavioral factors that influence human health. The Project Manager will develop and foster strong working relationships with partner organizations and researchers to implement clinical research studies. RESPONSIBILITIESANDDUTIES * Develop and impove the enrollment and data collection collection process to support study participation from across the United States. * Work with partners to create reliable, nationwide survey and digital health data as well as biosample collection processes that are easy for participants. * Thoroughly understand and articulate the needs of participants and ensure they are met. * Work with technology partners to ensure that program technology supports the needs of participants and research goals. * Report on enrollment and data collection progress at regular intervals and as needed. * Create and maintain IRB-approved protocols. * Create timelines based on program needs and take responsibility to manage projects, deliverables and communication to meet those timelines. * Approach challenges with a positive, solution-oriented attitude. * Perform other duties as assigned.

BASICQUALIFICATIONS * Bachelors degree in Biology, Health Science, or equivalent. * Project Management expertise. * 3+ years of experience running large clinical research studies. * Excellent verbal and written skills, including strategic thinking and planning skills. * Ability to work effectively with and present to senior level stakeholders. * Demonstrated ability to produce polished deliverables that present data visually and tell a clear, compelling story. * Ability to work well in an ambiguous environment with competing priorities.
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. * Experience conducting siteless clinical research studies. * Experience with conducting literature searches and writing manuscripts. * Experience working on federally-funded NIH grants.
