Position Title Project Manager
Position Summary:

The Project Manager will work with the All of Us Research Program Team at the Scripps Research Translational Institute (SRTI) and Scripps Research. All of Us is a landmark NIH research program that aims to engage one million US participants from diverse social, racial/ethnic, and economic backgrounds in an effort to gain better insights into the biological, environmental, and behavioral factors that influence human health. This role will develop effective approaches to engage participants in the All of Us Research Program and support the development and management of outreach campaigns and innovative research studies that meet the needs of the All of Us participants and researchers. She/He will develop and foster strong working relationships with partner organizations and researchers nationwide.

The All of Us Research Program aims to utilize Digital Health Technologies (DHTs) to further its mission of acellerating medical breakthroughs. DHTs include a variety of devices that collect digital health data such as heart rate and rythm, sleep stage, oxygen saturation, glucose levels, body temperature, and air quality. The SRTI All of Us team is seeking a project manager to develop a portfolio of DHT studies to:
oEnable researchers to better refine phenotypes, understand health behaviors and determine environmental exposures;
oEncourage participant engagement through the return of individualized information made possible through DHTs.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
* Work closely with the DHT scientific leads and program partners such as Fitbit to initiatate, plan, execute, and evaluate DHT studies.
* Develop and manage partnerships with DHT device partners.
* Work closetly with DHT scientific leads, communications partners, and NIH to write and maintain IRB-approved protocols.
* Collaborate with SRTI product team to make DHT studies, including return of individualized information, engaging for participants.
* Create timelines based on program needs and take responsibility to manage projects, deliverables, and communication to meet those timelines.
* Approach challenges with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
* Performs other duties and tasks as requested.

Physical Requirements:

This position works in an office and lab environment. Further details of the physical requirements of established essential functions for this position will be addressed/discussed during the interview process.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Health Science or equivalent applicable experience in healthcare, software, and/or health research.
* Experience with digital health technologies research.
* 3+ years of project management experience.
* Experience in running scientific projects, cross-functional projects, and/or large-scale collaborations.
* Excellent verbal and written skills, including strategic thinking and planning skills.
* Ability to work effectively with and present to senior level stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to produce polished deliverables that present data visually and tell a clear, compelling story.
* Ability to prioritize and work well in an ambiguous environment with competing demands.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in managing software development projects.
* Experience conducting siteless clinical research studies.
* Experience with application of market research and data analysis.
* Experience with conducting literature searches and writing manuscripts.
* Experience working on federally-funded NIH grants.
