|Position Summary:|| |
Design, preparation and purification of DNA expression constructs. Perform ELISA, FRET and High-throughput screening assays, protein expression in bacteria and mammalian cells. Perform flow cytometry and microscopic experiments in mammalian cell lines and human primary cells. Execute and analyze RT-qPCR, Western blotting, and cell-based assays. Work in an interdisciplinary and positive environment, documentation / maintenance of laboratory notebook and perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required or assigned.
