|Position Summary:|| |
Work under sterile conditions to maintain and cultured human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC) and other cells. Perform molecular, flow cytometry, ELISA, and fluorescence microscopic experiments in mammalian primary cells and hiPSC-derived cells. Execute and analyze RT-qPCR, Western blotting, and cell-based assays. Work in an interdisciplinary and positive environment.
