|Position Summary:|| |
The Felding lab studies mechanisms and inhibition of cancer progression. Our work is focused on developing knowledge and tools for detection, prevention, and treatment of cancer with the translational goal of improving cancer therapy. Our approaches rely on cancer cell and animal models, functional analyses in vitro and in vivo, metabolic studies and reprogramming, investigation of novel therapeutic avenues and combination treatments to enhance the efficacy of cancer therapy and prevent disease recurrence. Our studies involve collaborations with Scripps Research and other investigators across cancer biology, chemistry, protein structure and function analyses, antibody engineering, and clinical oncology.

|Basic Qualifications:|| |
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skill and abilities have been attained. Requires 3-5 years experience. Candidates possessing a Master’s degree, 3+ years experience required.
